How to hold your date and time...

In order to hold the Family Casita, we require a fifty percent (50%) deposit or, you may pay in full (Santa Fe Suite Rate: $225 per day.).

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS - If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your reservation, you will receive a complete refund less a small cancellation fee of $ 50.00. For cancellations between 14 and 29 days, you will receive a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of your deposit. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days, you will receive a 25% refund. For cancellations made 7 days or less, your deposit is non-refundable.
