Please read this full document carefully, as it contains important policies concerning being a Maven with CandyGoth. These policies are here to ensure a level playing field for all our Mavens, and to support our culture of collaboration, support, and cooperation. Allowing you to join for free but it does not include the additional plus training and marketing system.
- Mavens may not earn Commissions from other Clients, Members, or Mavens residing within the same household. It’s against policy, for example, to enroll a spouse to your Team or create a Member account in your own or a close family member’s name.
- Keep your CandyGoth Team separate from stakeholders in any other business interests. If you are involved with a competing direct sales, peer to peer business, or earning opportunity of another variety, it’s against policy to recruit CandyGoth Mavens to join that business. If you are affiliated with another earning opportunity, the best place to build another team is outside of our CandyGoth Community.
- Represent CandyGoth’s Maven income potential fairly and honestly. At CandyGoth, we want to make sure that we set expectations that can be reasonably met, so it’s against Policy to tell prospects that they should expect to be millionaires or represent any specific level of income, including your own. Use our Income Disclosure to show prospects what typical Mavens make.
- Be conscious of how you talk about what our products can do. In the U.S. and Canada, there are clear guidelines about which statements can be interpreted as medical or drugs claims. Use only approved content available from our website or in your training documentation.
- Keep it positive, kind and inclusive on social media. You’re a representative of our brand and Community. Negative comments about CandyGoth, discrimination, harassment, or politically divisive content can hinder your business and/or make people feel unwelcome. When posting, talking to your social network, or interacting with HQ/other Mavens, remember that positive impressions of CandyGoth can help grow your sales and your Team. Also, remember that everyone is welcome at CandyGoth.
Our Guideline Support team is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have about our Policies and Procedures.
This team also actively enforces these Policies through audits, reviews of social media, and dialogue with our Community.
