What is the definition of a "seat"?
A seat is a unique person and email address. If you are on “Single Software Plan” this is based on the
number of licensed users in that software. If you are on a “All-Inclusive Software Plan” this is each unique person regardless of how many software licenses they hold. So if Joe Blow has the email joe@email.com and he is working in 5 different pieces of software, that counts as 1 seat. If Sally Smith (sally@email.com) is only working in 1 software, that is 1 seat. If the CEO, Bill Johnson (bill@email.com) has a license in every piece of software we are supporting - 20 different platforms - this still only counts as 1 seat. If Sally and Joe both get invited to other platforms we are servicing, they still only count as 1 seat each.
There is a minimum of 10 seats required for the Bronze Plan.
Are there any additional requirements or changes to the Support Plan you would like to request? Such as a change to the days or hours of support, response time, etc?
