Market Manager
The Market Manager is understood to mean the person designated by the Market to supervise operations of the Market.

Fees to Join the Market:
Ex. 1: Vendor must pay a fee of $30 per market to sell at the Markets (discounted from the $60 price) for invited dates June, July, August, with more dates TBD during the 2025 Market season. Vendor is also subject to $15 application fee.
Product Standards:
Ex. 1: Vendor agrees to grow, make or produce at least 75% of all items they sell at each market. Vendor may sell any of the following: fresh and unpackaged home-grown vegetables, fruit, nuts, and cut flowers; potted plants and herbs (annuals and perennials); dried flowers; and fresh, home-grown food products that are minimally processed and packaged in new containers by the Vendor such as honey, other syrups, jellies, jams, preserves, persimmon pulp, dried spices and herbs, flour, cornmeal, seeds, canned produce, cider and other pressed juices, dairy products, and vinegars. Farm fresh meats. Craft goods such as jewelry, ceramics, clothing, books, furniture, etc. are also allowed if produced by seller. Invited vendors providing entertainment, guest services, educational programming, food trucks, coffee trucks/carts or other.
Ex. 2: Vendor agrees to not display, market or sell anything that could be deemed overtly political, sexualized, or otherwise offensive.
Compliance with Laws and Permitting Requirements:
The Vendor is required to know and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or permitting requirements at all times. This includes the collection and payment of applicable state and local sales tax related to sales of merchandise/goods/services at the Market. In order to sell at the Market, Vendors must, at a minimum, be a licensed business in the state of CO and insured in compliance with standards set by Market.
Hours of Operation
Ex. 1: The Market will be open 4pm. until 8pm for June, July, August. Load in will begin at 2:30PM and End at 4PM, at which time all vehicles must be removed from event site and parked. Vendor is required to be set up and operational by 4PM. Sales may be made prior to the opening of the Market as long as you are set up. Vendor can continue to sell after the Market closes so long as Vendor begins cleaning up at closing time and is out of the Market in a reasonable amount of time. Vendor can not shut down booth nor begin to pack goods prior to market close at 8PM.
