• Two sessions will take place in school.
  
• Two sessions will take place at a Network Rail office (sessions 1 and 4). The school will be responsible for making its own way to the office. 
  
• Timings of the workshop have been agreed and are captured in this booking form.
  

• Allocate one lead teacher who will liaise with The Talent Foundry regarding all aspects of the Network Rail Track to the Future programme
  
• Actively support facilitators during sessions to maintain discipline and behaviour.
  
• Support The Talent Foundry in the evaluation of the programme:  
  
• Completing the teacher survey post-workshop, and
  
• Ensuring students complete surveys as requested 
  
• Ensure students commit to arriving in good time for the session
  
• The Talent Foundry stresses that the school needs to give a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the agreed attendance date for any cancellations or alterations to their bookings including student names. 
  
• Cancellations mean that other students who could benefit from this workshop will miss out, as well as disrupting time and financial commitments made by the various stakeholders involved in putting on the workshop, including Network Rail volunteers, Talent Foundry staff and facilitators. 
  

• You confirm that agreed student(s) will attend all sessions.
  
• You confirm that all students taking part will be in Year 12 or 13 (S5 or S6 in Scotland) and the cohort will be female.
  
• To maximise the impact and benefit of our work together for your students, you will: 
  
• Brief students before the sessions to ensure that they understand what they will be participating and engaging in 
  
• Provide feedback on our delivery and on the content to help shape our future work together. This will be by means of surveys completed by teachers and students at the end of each session we deliver. There may also be a telephone interview with one of the teachers involved to assess how our work is supporting your students and how we are working with you. This telephone interview will last up to 60 minutes and be arranged at a time of your choosing 
  

Volunteer involvement

• Our programmes have been designed to run with or without industry volunteers. Where possible, we will reach out to volunteers from the industry partner to support your workshop. Please note that we cannot guarantee volunteer support. 
  
• TTF cannot confirm if volunteers are DBS checked, but our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy has been shared with them and they will be accompanied by the TTF facilitator, who has an enhanced DBS, throughout the entire session.
