This form is used for AusCycling members to submit a renewal of their Working With Children or for an Education Course they are attending. If your WWCC is required as a pre-requisite for an eLearning course, please upload to your e-Learning account, DO NOT use this form.

If you’ve not applied for a Working With Children Check yet, please click here and choose your State for information on how to apply. A Working With Children Check (or equivalent) (‘WWCC’), in accordance with your state/territory legislation, is mandatory to complete your accreditation.

Exemptions for obtaining a WWCC:

a) If you are under the minimum age of requiring a WWCC in your state/territory, please upload your AusCycling membership card to confirm your age when requested to provide the WWCC.
b) If you are exempt from holding a WWCC in your state/territory, please upload your WWCC proof of exemption for this pre-requisite (e.g. teacher registration). For Western Australia only a Member Protection Declaration may be used for those who have an exemption.
