TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSCRIPT AND DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT REQUESTS/ORDERS
Students can request an official transcript or diploma replacement online (www.educatorsinc.org) or by phone (for students lacking internet access). For documents sent Regular Mail (with or without tracking), EIPCS has a 30-Day Policy in place to process and deliver requests (orders). Please do not call the school about an order until the 30-day policy window has expired. A complete 30 days (for domestic orders) and 90 days (for international orders) must pass after the order was placed before anyone at the school can help. For documents sent Priority Mail, EIPCS has 5 days to process and send any requests (orders) before any investigation can be opened. Please do not contact the school until the 5- day window has completely expired and refer to your tracking number before escalating an investigation. For documents sent Express Mail, EIPCS has 2 days to process and send requests (orders) before any investigation can be opened. Please do not contact the school until the 2-day window has completely expired. Processing times do not include weekends, federal holidays, school holidays, or delivery time.
SERVICE FEES
Official transcripts are $20 each and diploma replacements are $30 each. This DOES NOT include any extra fee(s) for delivery to mail the document(s). There is no extra cost for delivery for documents sent Regular Mail (up to 30 days) with no tracking added. Please refer to "INTERNATIONAL ORDERS" (labeled below) for the terms and conditions when mailing internationally. There is a $5 fee for delivery for any document(s) sent Regular Mail (up to 30 days) with tracking added. There is a $28 fee for delivery for any document(s) sent Priority Mail (1-3 day) and a $50 fee for delivery for any document(s) sent Express Mail (1 day). Request fees are separate from delivery fees and do not cover each other. Example: Official Transcript Request (1 transcript) is $20 + sent Priority Mail (1-3 day) $28 (cost of delivery) = $48 (total cost). No service request(s) will be fulfilled unless payment has been paid in full and cleared. Service fees and the cost of delivery are subject to change at any time based on the cost of the service fee and delivery charge at the time of requesting/ordering. If a mailing option is picked that costs extra but is not paid for in full at the time of submitting the request, the document(s) will be default to the next cheaper mailing option that can cover the total cost of the request. Should there be a remaining surplus in balance owed to the requester, a refund will be processed once the payment clears (about 3-10 business days).

PAYMENT
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT
Visa, MasterCard, Pre-paid Visa, Debit card, or Cash if paid in person at the main office.
EIPCS does not accept any form of payment by mail. Funds may get lost in the mail and EIPCS holds no responsibility or liability for such events. EIPCS is committed to ONLY accepting card payments for your protection and ours. In the event that you do not have any form of card payment, you may use a pre-paid Visa card. Pre-paid cards are available at most major stores and gas stations.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
EIPCS and Authorize.Net (our payment processing company) does not store or keep your credit card numbers/information or payment card numbers/information ever. All payment receipts processed by Authorize.Net, are sent to the email provided at the time of the payment. To be mailed a copy of your receipt, please email the school at help@educatorsinc.org after making your payment.
REFUND POLICY
A 100% refund on requests (orders) can be granted if the request has not already been fulfilled. We do not refund services requests (orders) if the request has already been fulfilled and/or mailed. Service requests includes (but are not limited to) transcript requests, diploma replacements, verification letter requests, and the fee(s) for processing and delivering the service request(s). Orders are fulfilled quickly, making them time sensitive; do not wait to request a refund. A request for a refund can be made by email (main@educatorsinc.org) or by phone (call 1-800-590-9611, option 8). In the event that you reach our voicemail, leave a message that includes your full name, your phone number, and your order details. In the event that a request has been fulfilled and/or mailed, a refund cannot be granted due to services being rendered and served. In the event that a service request was overpaid, we can refund the remaining amount, credit the student's account for later use, use to fulfill an additional service request, or use to upgrade the processing and delivery service of a request that hasn’t already been fulfilled. If your request cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be processed once the payment clears (about 3-10 business days).
PROCESSING
Processing time depends on the order it was received (usually 1-2 days). Processing time does not include weekends, federal holidays, school holidays, or delivery time. All orders that paid extra to receive a tracking number will be sent it via email directly from Stamps.com (our mailing system) within 3 business days of placing their request. Should you not receive your tracking number after 3 business days of placing your request, you will need to email Student Services at help@educatorsinc.org for assistance.
30-DAY POLICY
EIPCS commits to deliver requests (orders) no later than 30 days after receiving the request(s). All ongoing correspondence between students and school has a 30-day turnaround policy. Students agree to not contact the school within 30 days of placing the request(s) and will wait until 30 days in full has past to contact school about their request(s). If the student contacts the school before the 30-day period, no one will be able to respond to student until the 30-day policy has expired. If the student has not received their request (order) after 30 full business days have pasted, the student can contact the school at 800-590-9611 (option 103). In the event that no one answers, the student should leave a message with student’s name, phone number, and request (order) information. EIPCS will return the student’s call within 24 hours of receiving the message. Students agree to not send or return any paperwork Certified Mail, or it will be returned to sender.
DELIVERY
Documents sent Regular Mail (with or without tracking) can take up to 30 days with processing. Documents sent Priority Mail (1-3 day) can take up to 5 days with processing. Documents sent Express Mail (1 day) can take up to 2 days with processing. Delivery times do not include or cover international orders. We DO NOT send transcripts (official or unofficial) or diploma replacements via email or fax. We only send them by mail for your protection. Being that we are a non-profit school, we do not have the budget to pay for the necessary system to send any sensitive documents electronically. We understand that this can cause delays, which is why we encourage all students to plan accordingly and request their documents in a timely manner.
DELIVERY TIME

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders placed online can only pay for the document(s) being requested. The cost of delivery must be calculated and paid over either of the phone or via email with the school. International requests (orders) are not covered under the the school's "Delivery Time" timeline or the school's "Delivery Fee" cost amount. International orders sent Regular Mail are mailed free, but can take up to 90 days to receive by mail. International orders sent 1-3 Day Priority Mail and 1-Day Express, will fall under USPS's shipping timeframe (check their website for current shipping timelines). We DO NOT pay for any fees owed or required due to customs. The cost of delivery to mail international varies and MUST be calculated directly by contacting the school. The cost depends on the mailing address (including the country) and the delivery service requested. Contact the school by phone (800-590-9611 ext. 107) or by email (help@educatorsinc.org) to get the current international cost of delivery to pay. If paying online, an additional payment form will need to be completed once the amount to ship your request has been calculated. Only after an amount has been calculated, will an additional payment form link be emailed to collect the remaining balance owed to complete the request. Requests sent internationally, may be sent using other mailing software providers (example: PayPal Shipping) or may be shipped directly at our local post office. If your request includes a tracking number, you will be emailed it by Student Services along with the request details.
DOCUMENT PROTECTION
All documents, except for documents mailed regular mail without tracking, are mailed in a rigid (hard) mailer to help prevent any documents from being damaged during transit. Any documents mailed regular mail without tracking (the free option), will be mailed in a regular or large size security envelop (depending on the order) that is machinable with USPS.
FAILURE OF SERVICE
Failure of service includes any request(s) (orders) that were unfilled or were not processed within the processing time's timeframe. Failure of service does not include request(s) that were fulfilled but not delivered by the mail service carrier or request(s) that were ordered but not fulfilled due to payment failure.
INTENTIONAL
If a service request was intentionally unfilled due to missing information, clerical errors, or a remaining balance is owed to fulfill the request, the requester will be notified via email and/or phone. No accommodations will be given due to attempt to reach the student to fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time (within the processing time's timeframe). If a service request was unfilled due to a release form was required for this request, but missing or was not accepted, we will use the information provided on the service request form to reach the requester. No accommodations will be given due to the attempt to reach the requester to fix the issue within a reasonable amount if time (within the processing time's timeframe). Should the request not be resolved to be released within a reasonable amount of time, a refund will be processed once the payment clears (about 3-10 business days).
UNINTENTIONAL
If a service request was unintentionally unfilled due failure of our system retrieving the request for us to fulfill or the order was fulfilled late (over the processing time's timeframe), we will make reasonable accommodations to remedy our error or lack of urgency. If a service request was unable to be fulfilled (for any reason) and there is no record (on our side or yours) of an attempt to notify the requester, we will make reasonable accommodations to remedy our error or lack of error and urgency.
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
Reasonable accommodations for Failure of Service is determined case-by-case and may include a full refund for the delivery fee, a free upgrade in delivery, a courtesy service request or replacement, and other related accommodations. All accommodations must be approved by the head administrator before being executed. If you are granted a refund, a refund will be processed once the payment clears (about 3-10 business days).
REQUEST/ORDER CONSENT
I agree that I have full permission and authority to order the document(s) I am requesting. I agree that I am the student or have the student’s consent to request and send the document(s) to the address disclosed on this form. I understand that all requests ordered from EIPCS are legal documents and can carry heavy punishments by law for illegally obtaining and sending without the student’s consent. A copy of this request will be sent to the email address enclosed on this form.
