2025 Adoration Christian School Student Enrollment

Thank you for considering Adoration Christian School for your student's education.
Our core vision is to raise warriors for the Kingdom of Christ. Through regular chapel, worship, and dedicated Christian staff, we strive to bring Jesus into the classroom everyday.

Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year will start on March 1st.
Open enrollment will begin on March 8th and will remain open until July 1st.

Classes will be Monday-Thursday, 8:30 - 3:00
There will be no transportation provided.

It sometimes becomes necessary to update or change school policy. ACS reserves the right to make any changes to this handbook, and/or the policy herein at any time during the school year upon school board approval. Policy changes will be effective at the time the change is made

Tuition & Financial Information
Tuition bills will be split into 10 equal amounts and emailed to you at the beginning of each month. Payments are due the 15th of the month. You will have the option to enroll in autopay via ACH bank transfer.

Any late tuition payment will incur a late fee. For everyday the payment is late a 2% fee will be added. For example, if the payment is 1 day late, there will be a 2% fee. If the payment is 2 days late, there will be a 4% fee. If the payment is 5 days late, there will be a 10% fee.

Your first tuition payment is due on Aug 21st 2025 "Orientation Day"

Your Curriculum fee is due on July 1st 2025

Scholarship Discount Information
The SGO Discount is based on 300% of the Federal poverty level.

If your income is less than the income level for your household, then you qualify for the $500 Scholarship discount

The Ohio Scholarship Granting Organization called Nehemiah Education Fund is able to provide scholarships to families at Adoration Christian School. Even though these scholarships are available to all families, The SGO guidelines require us to show "preferential treatment" to low-income families first.
