Terms of Service for the GoGet My Laundry Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
This agreement establishes the partnership between GoGet My Laundry and participating affiliate to provide expanded laundry services, or to promote laundry services..
2. Partnership Obligations
- Affiliate partners are responsible for promoting the partnership and referring customers to GoGet My Laundry.
- Marketing materials will be provided by GoGet My Laundry as needed. This includes customer sign-up stickers or wall plaques for displays. QR codes and unique weblinks.
- Partners are not responsible for:
- Customer service.
- Collecting payments.
- Laundry processing.
- Pick-up and delivery of customer orders.
3. Referral Process
- All referrals will be tracked through a designated system to ensure accurate compensation for partners.
4. Compensation
- Affiliates will receive 7% of the total invoice amount, excluding driver tips and delivery fees.
- Payments are processed 3 business days after the completion of the customer's order.
- GoGet My Laundry will compensate partners every time their referred customer places an order. There is no sunset clause on this agreement.
- Payments will be made through Venmo, CashApp, or direct deposit. Partners must provide payment details during the registration and onboarding process.
5. Customer Assignment
- Referred customers will remain assigned to the partner, and GoGet My Laundry will not reassign their ownership.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during the affiliate partnership.
7. Indemnification
- Each party will indemnify the other against any claims resulting from their own actions or omissions.
8. Amendments
- Any changes to these terms must be communicated in writing and require mutual agreement.
