Employment Application - Front Desk Lead Associate

We're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Ausblick Ski Club. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

We are in search of a strong leader who will is able to assist the office supervisor with ensuring that tasks and duties are completed properly and hat operations inside the lodge are running smoothly at all times.

This position is reserved for ages 16+ with preferred experience in both customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members, guests, and staff

- Manage check-ins and print membership materials

- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

- Provide information on ski club amenities, services, and events

- Process transactions, manage cash handling, and balance daily receipts

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

-Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless operations - Participate in training and development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Leadership experience (e.g., team lead, volunteer coordinator)

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems)

- Familiarity with ski club operations or hospitality industry

Work Schedule:

- 15-20 hours per week, including nights and weekends

-November 1 thru April 1, seasonal

- Flexible scheduling with advance notice
