Handover Information
The standard set of Handover Information comprises of a single set of documents per project including certificates, drawings and models if applicable and as detailed in this link.
If the project has multi-tenanted buildings, separate buildings, multiple developers or landlords, then separate discrete sets of Handover Information maybe required. This means that each set may have different suppliers, systems, products, review and delivery processes. These are not additional copies of the same information and will need to created, managed and costed as separate sets of Handover Information.
Note: Separate Residential Units (e.g. 200 Apartments) are part of the single Handover Information Set where Apartment User Guides will be provided. Typically each Apartment Type (e.g. Type A, B, will have a User Guide.

What does the Project Management Services comprise?
If this project has any BIM L2, COBie, data validation or similar requirements then we have some further services.
Data Transfer - O&M asset data (type/component) pushed back to the Revit model object element properties creating an Edocuments prefix
Revit/Navis model objects with O&M asset data as above.
Springboard link between model objects in viewer and asset data in O&M Manual. Annual hosting license required .

All printing is outsourced as we no longer have nay in house print capability. If you require a cost for this please contact us at least 4 weeks prior to required delivery date.
Technical Authoring for MEP Services Sub-contractor
Authoring of specialist services typically MEP manuals on behalf of the sub-contractor:
Single upload of final certificates and as built drawings issued via transmittal notices from project CDE.
Collate and manage the review process for the fire safety information to BS8644 or customers specific requirements
Hosting of all Handover Information on Springboard our data management platform.
Ongoing hosting option for End Users after defects liability period. This can also include updating services for models, data and O&M manuals. From £ 25 pcm per user per project/site.
An additional module to Springboard to manage the assets within the O&M Manuals and models. From £ 40 pcm per user per project/site.
Creating interactive data links between panorama's / 2D images to O&M assets.
