By signing below, I acknowledge I have read and understood all of Mitchell's Policies and I agree that my credit card details (above) may be used for fees by the company “Wolfson Creek Ventures”.

I understand that my credit card may be used until all fees are paid in full including, but not limited to, damages, lost, stolen, unreturned equipment, late fees, cancellation, collection and credit card charge back fees. I agree that I will notify the Company immediately of any loss, damage or theft to the rented equipment however caused.

I understand that I am responsible to ensure that this credit card is and will remain active/valid/ unlocked from this date forward and after my scheduled return date until my account is settled in full with Mitchell's.

Time is of the essence in this agreement. I will endeavor to get all forms filled out today, or as soon as possible or my reservation may convert to a forced cancellation without policy cancellation discounts applied.

Please make sure that you are happy with the cancellation policy, which will also apply if you have to cancel due to any covid related issue.

I acknowledged total replacement value of the equipment is $4 000.00 per rented watercraft plus the revenue loss incurred by the Company. I understand I must ensure there is enough unused credit left on my credit card for this hold of damages prior to my reservation start date and that this card must remain active/valid/unlocked until my account is settled with Mitchell's.

I, the Lessee, agree that a damage deposit of $500 per watercraft will be charged (as a hold on funds) 1 day prior to my start date. The Deposit will be held as security for a total of 14 days. If I need the funds released sooner, I will email Mitchell's to see if my rented watercraft / gear has been checked over. FYI - Once Mitchell's releases the funds, it is out of their hands and up to the credit card company as to how fast they release the hold.

I agree that in the event where a deposit is insufficient to cover costs, the Company will deduct the value of the cost from the credit card used to reserve the watercraft(s) / gear and will issue an invoice for my records. Any additional charge is payable immediately. 2% interest will be charged per month on overdue accounts.

I am aware that the Company will charge $35 + GST per watercraft if I choose to return it/them in a dirty condition or if a canoe was put in the ocean.

These are extra long for kayak paddling a canoe. Nice to switch it up; canoe paddle around shore, kayak paddle the open distances. It utilizes different muscle/back positioning, helps with wrist fatigue, and increases your speed.
