Investors look for three things, all of which we can help with providing the deal is good: Credit, Cash and Experience. You need a minimum credit score of 600 unless you are trying to wholesale.

Standard is two weeks for inspection, especially earnest money is involved. Never sign if there is a non-refundable clause.
These deals take much more time than our regular member transactions. This will be out of your and our hands. People, numbers, verifications - all these take time. The more we need to add to make a deal happen the more time it will take.
