Terms and Conditions:

You understand that by applying to BASH Markets, you are not subject to nor committing to joining BASH Markets. However, if you decide to do so and you speak with a BASH rep and they send you an invoice and you make your down payment, you agree to the invoice pricing and are fully aware that any money paid is nonrefundable. In a result where you are unable to attend, we will honor and credit your account to where you may use whatever you have paid in to use it on the following year. You understand that you shall use that credit issued within the next following year, and BASH will only hold that credit for one full year before it is deemed unusable, and BASH will no longer be subject to honor your credit. By filling this form out and signing it, you agree to waive all rights from any cause in suing or taking legal action against Boutique Bash, LLC, or any of its members/workers. You must provide proof of insurance upon arrival at any BASH Markets, and it must be active and in date. Inactive insurance policies will result in fines or lawsuits in the result of any damages, accidents, or deaths. You also are aware that BASH will be videoing and taking photos during its market. If you are in any of the content (video or photos) taken by BASH Markets or their 3rd party contractors, you understand it will be used for marketing and/or other materials. You understand and waive all rights to any content collected at market and understand BASH may use the content without your permission since by signing this application you have already read and understood our terms and conditions.
