Data Controller Disclaimer

      The company would like to inform you that in the following cases, The Company may be obliged to reject your request in order to comply with applicable laws.

      1. You cannot clearly demonstrate that the petitioner owns the information or has the authority to make such requests.

      2. Such requests are unreasonable, For example, in the event that the requester does not have the right to request access to that personal data or the company does not have that data.

      3. Such request is a superfluous request. (i.e. repetitive requests or the repeating requests of the same nature without justifiable reason.

      4. The company cannot provide you with access, copy, or disclose  personal data in case it has to comply with the law or because of a court order. Or complying with the request will have consequences that may damage the rights and freedoms of others. Such as a disclosure of personal data would involve the data of the third party or it is the disclosure of intellectual property or trade secrets of that third party.

      * Consequences may occur if the data subject requests revocation of consent to use, or collection of personal data.

    ** The owner of the personal information can notify the deletion or destroy or temporarily suspend the use. In the event that the personal data controller fails to comply with the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act.
