The Campground Rules can be found at: https://thegrovesofmichigan.com/campground-rules/. By reserving a site you are confirming that you have reviewed the campground rules and agree to abide by them.

Refunds: No refunds will be granted for partial stays or for inclement weather or other conditions that occur at campgrounds. 2025 NASCAR reservations cancelled by May 1, 2025 will get a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 1, 2025 are not entitled to any refund.

Risks of Camping: The Camper and other guests of the site recognize and accept all risks associated with camping in nature and being around other people. The Campground is not responsible for any damage or harm to your camper, personal belongings, or your person or your guests whether by vandalism, Act of God, Act of Nature, other campers’ negligence or bad acts, or by any other cause or source. Your RV must have liability insurance and you should be prepared to provide evidence if requested.

Failure to follow Campground rules may result in you being required to leave the campground with full forfeiture of any fees paid but not yet used. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Campground facilities caused by anyone using their site including day visitors.

Due to the multiple uses of the campground, specific sites may not be available at the time of the event. If your site is not available, we will do our best to find you a similar site, but specific sites or areas are not guaranteed.
