AOG Zoomie Delivery Service for Family Plan/Husky Club Members

Please fill out this form each time a package is sent.

Packages and orders received by the AOG will be delivered to the USAFA Cadet Area on Monday and Wednesday at 2:30-3:30 pm and Friday between 1:30-2:30 pm, and USAFA Prep School on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00-3:30 pm. Additional delivery days may be offered during peak times.

Please note that any packages received after 1:00 PM on a delivery day will be processed and delivered on the next delivery day. To avoid any confusion, please wait for an email confirmation from membership@usafa.org before notifying your cadet to pick up their package. This email will confirm the receipt of the package and provide the specific delivery date.

If you are sending letters, please use your cadet's PO Box. The Zoomie Delivery Service is intended for package deliveries.

*Please note that we cannot accept perishable food, including baked goods, to deliver to the Cadet Area or Prep school.*

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

Please complete the form below EVERY TIME YOU SEND A PACKAGE SO WE KNOW TO EXPECT IT. Make sure to include your Cadet's/Cadet Candidate's Name, Cell Number, PO Box, and Squadron Number/Name.

All items will be delivered to the USAFA Cadet Area on Mondays between 2:30pm-3:30pm, Wednesdays between 2:30pm-3:30pm and Fridays between 2:30pm-3:30pm and USAFA Prep School every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00pm-3:30 pm.

Please only send items that your cadet has been given permission to have and correct paperwork in place if need be.

Do not send items heavier than 35lbs.

We cannot accept grocery store deliveries that contain perishable food items. This includes, but is not limited to, cakes, cupcakes, cookies or re-heatable food.

USAFA Prep School - 1500 hrs (3:00 pm) to 1530 hrs (3:30 pm)

MONDAY: USAFA - 1430 hrs (2:30 pm) to 1530 hrs (3:30 pm),
WEDNESDAY: USAFA - 1430 hrs (2:30 pm) to 1530 hrs (3:30 pm),
FRIDAY: USAFA - 1330 hrs (2:30 pm) to 1430 hrs (3:30 pm)
(Pick up bottom of Commandant’s Stairwell - This is situated at the bottom of the ramp diagonally opposite the Amazon boxes - Look for the AOG van)

Cadets/Cadet Candidates must show ID for collection. If they are sending someone other than themselves to collect this item, please list person in additional details section. The newly designated person must bring an ID to collect the item/s.

YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF PACKAGE RECEIPT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE AT THE AOG (Business hours Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 4.30pm). PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR CADET/CADET CANDIDATE TO COLLECT PACKAGE AT THAT TIME. IF A CADET/CADET CANDIDATE IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE ENCOURAGE THEM TO ASK A ROOMMATE OR OTHER CADET TO COLLECT. AOG personnel will notify cadets/cadet candidates on day of delivery by text. Any items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to sender, at sender's expense.
