I accept the Terms and Conditions as follows. I am delivering my equipment as listed to Blue Skies Drone Rental LLC (BSDR) to be repaired or evaluated for trade-in. BSDR will evaluate and repair in house or send to 3rd party or manufacturer at BSDR's option.

Trade-Ins / Sales to BSDR
BSDR will evaluate condition of the equipment and decide if it would like to make an offer on the equipment. BSDR is not obligated to buy the equipment. If BSDR chooses not to buy the equipment the the equipment will be picked up by me if I dropped off or shipped to me if I shipped it to BSDR and BSDR will keep the evaluation fee. If BSDR chooses to buy the equipment then BSDR will transfer the agreed upon monies and refund the evaluation fee.

Repairs
The evaluation fee will be applied towards any repair cost. If I choose not to have the equipment repaired then BSDR will keep the repair evaluation fee and will notify me to pick up the equipment or ship the equipment to me if I originally shipped it to BSDR.

Equipment Pickup / Return
If I dropped off the equipment, I will pick it up when notified that it is ready. If I shipped the equipment, BSDR will ship the equipment back to me when ready. From first notification from BSDR that my equipment is ready for pickup I will have 30 days to pick up the equipment. After 30 days from the first notification, if the equipment has not been picked up, it will be considered abandoned and become the property of BSDR.
