General Terms and Conditions of DoubleTree SME Capital loan application:
DoubleTree SME Capital provides bridging finance against valid purchase orders and/or contracts to SMMEs.
DoubleTree SME Capital reserves the right not to grant the loan under any circumstances. Thus, the act of completing and submitting this loan application does not constitute the automatic granting of the loan by DoubleTree SME Capital.
The purpose of the loan is solely to assist the borrower (SMME) to service a valid Purchase Order or Contract with an approved Contracting Party.
Loans are granted from a minimum R50 000, up to a maximum amount of R 500 000.
The loan repayments terms are strictly 30 to 60 days, depending on the delivery period.
An applicable interest rate will be charged for the duration of the loan commencing on the Effective Date.
Any default on the repayment terms will attract a similar interest rate on accrual basis until the full amount of Capital and Interest amounts have been settled.

By submitting this loan application, the applicant consents to DoubleTree SME Capital obtaining Personal Information from the applicant and where lawful and reasonable, from public sources for credit, fraud, statistical and compliance purposes.
Where the applicant gives us Personal Information about or on behalf of another person (including, but not limited to, account signatories, other directors, next of kin, contracting parties), the applicant confirms that they are authorised to: (a) give DoubleTree SME Capital the Information; (b) consent on their behalf to the Processing of their Personal Information.
The applicant consents to DoubleTree SME Capital processing their Personal Information, providing products and services in terms of this loan application, carrying out statistical and other analyses to identify potential markets and trends, evaluating and improving existing and new business products and services.
The applicant consents to DoubleTree SME Capital sharing their Personal Information with third-party service providers such as, but not limited to investors, insurers, debt collectors. Privacy policies will apply.

By completing and submitting this loan application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that DoubleTree SME Capital may source business and director’s creditworthiness information from any registered credit bureau.

Upon approval of the loan, an invitation to join the DTree SME Club will be sent to the applicant. The 2023 annual fee is R1500.00. Benefits of this club are on the website.
