K'TAILS™ BETA TESTING AGREEMENT

This Beta Testing Agreement ('Agreement") is made effective as of ("Date"), by and between Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag, and ("Beta Tester").

WHEREAS, Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag has developed a product known as K'Tails™ and wishes to conduct a beta test of said product;

WHEREAS, ("Beta Tester") wishes to participate in the beta testing of the K'Tails™;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Testing: ("Beta Tester") agrees to test, evaluate, and provide feedback on the K'Tails™ product as requested by Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag.

2. Feedback: ("Beta Tester") agrees to provide detailed, accurate, and constructive feedback on the K'Tails™ product, including but not limited to usability, performance, and taste.

3. Confidentiality:("Beta Tester") agrees to keep all non-public information about the K'Tails™ product confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the written permission of Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag.

4. Intellectual Property: ("Beta Tester") agrees that any ideas, suggestions, or improvements submitted to Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag about the K'Tails™ product shall become the sole and exclusive property of Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag.

5. Disclaimer: Lieutenant Blender's Cocktails in a Bag makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the beta version of the K'Tails™ product, and ("Beta Tester") agrees to use the product "as is".

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA.
