For and in consideration for the right to sell my products and service the Annual Juneteenth Festival on June 17, 2023 I agree to the following terms:

I agree that I will only sell the products stated on the Vendor information Form's.

sell items not specified or approved, I may be escorted off the premises.

I agree that I will have all my goods placed in my designated area and my vehicle parked outside the market area by 11:00 am. I agree that I will not bring any cars onto the festival grounds to remove my belongings until 4:00 pm.

I agree to hold Obsidian Hope INC harmless and indemnify of all claims, causes of action, injuries, damage to personal property, covid related illnesses/death or any other damages I may suffer as a result of being a vendor at the Annual Juneteenth Festival including, but not limited to, theft of goods, damage to goods, and injury to person from an open and obvious condition of the real property.

I further agree that should I fail to meet any material obligations in this agreement, I will pay Obsidian Hope INC  the value of any damages incurred due to this failure, including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses of litigation.

I agree to conduct my sales professionally and be respectful and polite to the general public.

I understand that I am responsible for supplying my own tables, chairs and tents.

I understand that if my tent is larger than a Standard 10x10, I will need to purchase an additional space.
