KPMG Opening Doors - School Booking Form

You will:

allocate one lead teacher who will liaise with the Talent Foundry regarding all aspects of the KPMG Opening Doors to Opportunities programme
actively support facilitators during sessions to maintain discipline and behaviour
support The Talent Foundry in the evaluation of the programme:

completing the teacher survey post-workshop, and
ensuring students complete surveys as requested

ensure students arrive in good time for the session by arranging appropriate transportation to the office
make contingency arrangements to ensure that the agreed number of students attend the event (i.e. reserve list in case of drop outs)
complete your school's relevant risk assessments ahead of visiting the KPMG office
attend the session for its full running time (we recommend arriving at the office least 15 minutes before the workshop is due to start)

The Talent Foundry stresses that the school needs to give a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to the agreed attendance date, for any cancellations or alterations to their bookings including student names.

Cancellations mean that other students who could benefit from this workshop will miss out, as well as disrupting time and financial commitments made by the various stakeholders involved in putting on the workshop, including KPMG volunteers, Talent Foundry staff and facilitators.

Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or reimbursement of our costs if these cannot be cancelled (including, but not limited to coach bookings).

Volunteer involvement

This experience takes place in KPMG offices and involves volunteers. Our programmes have been designed to run with or without industry volunteers. Please note that we cannot guarantee volunteer support.

TTF cannot confirm if volunteers are DBS checked, but our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy has been shared with them and they will be accompanied by the TTF facilitator, who has an enhanced DBS, throughout the entire session.

Marketing and publicity

You are responsible for:

ensuring that all participants have parental permission to attend the sessions and to have their photos/images on the Talent Foundry website, publicity materials and social media. The school must inform the Talent Foundry immediately on the day if any parental permission is refused.
providing The Talent Foundry with a copy of any drafted publicity materials for approval before they are printed and distributed externally.
