Driver Gratuity This amount is for the entire 30 days of service. This amount is divided between the pick up and delivery driver for all 4 weeks of service.

**GoGet My Laundry Weekly Scheduled Service Terms of Agreement**

By enrolling in GoGet My Laundry’s Weekly Scheduled Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

**Service Inclusions:**

- Thirty (30) pounds of laundry for processing each week within a 30-day period.

- Inclusion of bleach, dryer sheets, and hangers upon request.

- Comprehensive pick-up and delivery services.

**Pricing Details:**

- The base service fee is $249, with additional charges for any selected add-on services, covering a thirty (30)-day billing cycle.

- Billing becomes effective upon the customer's payment submission for the services.

- Every 30 days the customer will receive a click to pay invoice via email and sms text message. If the customer wishes to continue service, simply pay the invoice. If the customer elects to not continue with the service, simply do not pay the invoice and service will be cancelled. GoGet My Laundry does not retain customers credit card information, nor is it used for future billings.

**Comforter Submission Fee:**

- If a customer submits a king or queen-sized comforter, an additional fee of $20 per comforter will apply.

**Refund and Service Usage Policy:**

- All paid services are strictly non-refundable.

- The service operates on a "use it or lose it" basis. If a customer chooses not to confirm service for any reason, no credits or refunds will be issued.

**Weight Usage Details:**

- Unused weights are nontransferable and cannot be credited to another week or billing cycle.

- Additional weights beyond the included thirty (30) pounds will be billed separately based on the individual service rate of $1.69 per pound.

- Invoices for additional weight must be satisfied (paid in full) before the order is returned.

**Soap and Softener Charges:**

- Soap and softener charges apply to all laundry submitted, irrespective of the quantity processed.

**Order Preparation and Pick-Up:**

- Customers are required to have their laundry ready for pick-up before the scheduled time.

- Failure to provide laundry for a confirmed pick-up will result in forfeiting that week's service, unless rescheduled. Rescheduled pick-ups incur a $25 trip fee.
