Rush Fee
A Rush Service fee will be applied for (within 48 hours) scheduling add-ons, minimum $50. Travel and other expenses may apply if necessary. Based on Vendor availability.
Cancellation
We understand that life happens and sometimes your plans change at the last minute. If you need to cancel your upcoming concierge service, we request a minimum of 48 hours' notice on cancellations. If canceling between 48 hrs. - 24 hrs. ahead of appointment, your account will be charged a minimum $50 cancellation fee (may be more based on non-refundable vendor deposits). Full payment due if canceled within 24 hrs.
If our vendors are dispatched to your location without being notified of a cancellation, your account will be charged your total invoice price. Last minute cancellations affect our vendors’ livelihood, and this payment will go to them to help cover their lost time and wages due to the cancellation.
Holidays
We charge an extra 25% per account (minimum $25) if services are rendered on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
Pantry Stocking
Payment will be due at least 48 hrs. before requested service.
