Welcome to Kiddies Corner Day Nursery!

This Funding Agreement form are for those children who are aged over 3 and are eligible for childcare funding through the Welsh Government 30 Hour funding scheme. This same form can be used for all of our sites that offer the funding. If you haven't come to see us yet, book a look around HERE. If you have any questions that haven't been answered, please contact the Nursery.

By bringing your child/ren to Kiddies Corner Day Nursery you are entering an agreement with Kiddies Corner to pay for any session that you have booked with us. Any unpaid payments will be referred to our debt collections agency.

We will care for your child in line with the policies and procedures we follow, these can be found at www.kcnursery.com/policies. These policies and procedures dictate how we will care for and safeguard your child and what we will do in the event of an emergency.

You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions which can be found at www.kcnursery.com/terms these terms may change and you will be notified by email if they are updated. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details are kept up to date.
