If you are updating your name, address, picture, creating a new character on an already registered account, changing your age, and/or renewing/adding a vehicle to your DMV file, this form IS for you.
This is NOT a character registration sheet. This will simply UPDATE or RENEW an existing DL/ID/Permit/Animal Registration, create an ADDITIONAL character with your account, and/or renew/add a vehicle.

You MUST meet the following requirements before this will be processed.
- You must read and agree to abide by the community covenant PRIOR to completing this application. (http://www.cedarcreeksl.com/community-covenant/)
- Have paid all L$30 fees to the kiosk at the Welcome Center (payments must be made for EACH renew/update/add and done so ONE at a time), AND
- You MUST be in the Cedar Creek Township Group (NOT the Cedar Creek Resident Group) and remain there. There is no point in RP documents if you are not in the RP group.
