London Marathon 2026 - Registration form

Thank you for registering your interest for running the 2026 London Marathon for The Talent Foundry. We are delighted to receive your application to support our work with young people.

Event date: Sunday, 26 April 2026

We have four charity places in the London Marathon and we will offer the places based on the strength of the applications we receive.

Please complete this form to apply for a charity place with The Talent Foundry. Please provide as much detail as possible.

If you are successful, you will be asked to make a non-refundable registration payment of £50 (+ VAT), pledge to raise a minimum of £2,800 in sponsorship (not including Gift Aid) and agree to TTF's event terms and conditions.

Registrations will close on 30 June 2025.

Completing this form does not guarantee you entry to the London Marathon, please do not make any arrangements until you have received confirmation of the outcome of your application. If you have any questions ahead of applying, please email:

Terms and Conditions *

The Talent Foundry – 2026 TCS London Marathon Charity Place Terms & Conditions

By accepting a charity place in the 2026 TCS London Marathon with The Talent Foundry (TTF), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over on the date of the 2026 TCS London Marathon.
You must be medically fit to participate in a marathon and take part at your own risk.

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of £50 (+VAT) is required to secure your charity place.
This fee does not count toward your fundraising target.
This fee helps to cover TTF’s costs and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawing due to injury or illness, or a change in work or social commitments.

3. Fundraising Commitment

You agree to raise a minimum of £2,800 for The Talent Foundry, excluding Gift Aid.
You commit to submitting:
75% of your target by 5 January 2026 and,
100% by 11 May 2026

If you do not meet this pledge, you may be liable to cover the shortfall personally
TTF reserves the right to remove your access to the marathon place if:
fundraising activities have not commenced in good time
you are non-responsive to communications and updates about your entry and your fundraising commitment

You agree to represent and raise money exclusively for TTF in this event.

4. Fundraising activities

You will comply with any fundraising guidance or advice issued by TTF and only use lawful and safe means to fundraise and will not do anything that is likely to harm TTF’s reputation.

4. Use of Funds

All funds raised must be paid directly to The Talent Foundry and used solely to support its charitable aims.
Where an online fundraising platform is not used to collect funds, TTF will provide bank account details for transfers.

5. Withdrawal Policy

If you are unable to take part for any reason, you must notify TTF in writing as soon as possible.
Your place is non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another year, unless otherwise stated by the London Marathon organisers and agreed by TTF.
Any money raised will still be donated to The Talent Foundry and is non-refundable.

6. Marketing and Promotion

You agree to allow The Talent Foundry to use your name, photos, and event story for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.
You agree to wear your official TTF running t-shirt during the race to help raise awareness of our work.

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring you train adequately and seek appropriate medical advice before and during your training.
The Talent Foundry accepts no liability for injury or loss as a result of your participation.
You understand that this event is organised by the event organiser (London Marathon Events) who is solely responsible for the conduct and operation of the event, including all health and safety requirements.

8. Event Rules

You agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the London Marathon organisers.

By accepting your charity place, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
