I declare that all information provided by me in this form is correct and true. I accept that any false information furnished in this form will result in my child/ward having to give up the place in the Student Care Centre in Greendale Primary School if he/ she is offered admission.

If we receive multiple entries for the same student, we will use the information solely from the latest entry for our processing.

As part of our effort to be fair to all parents, we apologise that we will not entertain any phone or email enquiry during the registration of interest period, unless it is due to technical issue in accessing the electronic form. We thank you for your understanding.

We will inform all successful applications via email by 31 October 2024. All successful applicants will need to make payment by 10 November 2024 and submit the necessary forms by 15 November 2024.
