Project Deliverables
This service includes the following:
- Custom client consultation (1): Up to one hour initial custom client consultation to gather the information needed for your online course development
- Placement into the MyBPX LMS platform for course development, marketing, and distribution integration (includes all licensing and fees)
- Content copyright © belongs to the client
- PrimeSkill Instructional Design team to coordinate all the content
- Recommendations for up to 3 course titles based on target market deliverables
- Storyboard document created from your consultation to outline your course (required approval sign-off before instructional design work begins)
- Weekly progress reports (via email)
- Up to two content reviews and edits prior to final sign-off
- One branded marketing flyer to help promote the course that you can share via email (or print)
- Brand integration between your course development, content, gamification, scripts, images, color codes, ecommerce website (additional charges to build ecommerce site) and business website url
- Audio file to enhance course content
- Interactive tests included in the course content (1-3)
- Attractive certificate of completion for course attendees
- 24-7 BPX Online Course Platform Access
- High resolution images or integration of client's images
- Courses branded to the client's logo and brand color
- Collaboration with existing marketing teams where applicable
- Variety of lesson templates for effective interactive learning experience for participants
- eMail integration for participants
- Access to learner reports

Client Agreement

The client agrees to the following:
1. To respond to requests from our fulfillment teams for additional information, temporary passwords, security access codes, approvals, sign-offs, etc in a timely fashion.
2. That a lack of response to our fulfillment team's request for feedback and/or information in a timely manner may result in timeline delays for the project.
3. To provide direction and/or feedback to our fulfillment teams throughout the life cycle of the project as needed.
4. As per the terms and agreements agreed to during purchasing, once a payment or deposit is made for any BridgePact / TrendEvity product or service, it is non-refundable.
5. Except for financed client agreements, you may cancel any of our recurring monthly plans at any time with a 60-day written notice to cancel. Please note that all cancellations may be either emailed to operations@bridgepact.com or mailed to BridgePact / TrendEvity, PO Box 44515, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.
